The Obsidian Loft modpack is a fun modpack with new and interesting mods for Minecraft 1.18.2
It is built for MultiMC. You will be able to download the modpack and install it via MultiMC very easily. (It may even work with other launchers!).
This modpack aims to have a bit of everything – adventuring, exploring, magic and a ton of Quality Of Life mods.

Just Enough Items by mezz [ YouTube video ] – JEI is an item and recipe viewing mod for Minecraft, built from the ground up for stability and performance.
Configured by MrCrayfish – Change config options in JEI and more! Configured is a simple and lightweight mod that dynamically creates a configuration menu for every mod. Previously mods would use Forge’s built-in GUI system however that no longer exists in newer versions. This mod aims to reintroduce that system and create fresh new experience with an updated easy-to-use layout. The best part is that Configured supports* every mod and doesn’t require other mods to write extra code.
Clumps by Jaredlll08 – Clumps groups XP orbs together into a single entity to reduce lag when there are many in a small area. On top of this, it also makes the player immediately collect the orbs once they touch the player, so you are not stuck with a bunch of orbs in your face.
Carry On by Tschipp [ YouTube video ] – Carry On is a simple mod that improves game interaction by allowing players to pick up, carry, and place single block Tile Entities (such as Chests, Furnaces, Droppers, Spawners, and your favorite machines from other Tech Mods) using only their empty hands.
XP Tome by bl4ckscor3 – With the XP Tome you can store and retrieve XP. It can store up to 1395 XP by default (can be configured), which equals to having 30 levels on the XP bar.
Apple Skin by squeek502 – Standalone mod providing the HUD features previously included in AppleCore (note: AppleSkin does not require AppleCore). This is a mostly client-side mod, but it needs to be on the server in order to display accurate saturation/exhaustion values on the client.
Not Enough Animations by tr9zw [ YouTube video ] – This mod brings a lot of missing third-person animations from the first-person or modifies them to be better representative to how they should look like or look like in the first-person.
Nature’s Compass by Chaosyr – Nature’s Compass is a utility item that allows you to search for a biome’s location anywhere in the world and view information about it.
Excavation by IminhaK – A vein miner alternative originally created for just my own use.
Inventory Profiles Next by mirinimi – This mod will: Help you keep your inventory sorted, Replace your quasi-broken tool, Dump everything in that chest with one click, Move the items you have that are also already in the chest, Lock item slots in place so that sorting ignores them, etc.
Storage Drawers by Texelsaur [ YouTube video ] – Storage Drawers borrows ideas from Jabba and Bibliocraft, resulting in a highly functional, compact, and aesthetic storage solution that is meant to complement rather than replace those mods.
More Storage Drawers by RydelFox – More Storage Drawers is a compatibility mod for Texelsaur’s Storage Drawers, allowing the creation of drawers from woods added by a number of mods.

You will need to install Forge 40.1.14 with Minecraft 1.18.2 for this modpack to work. Whack all these files in the ‘mods’ folder/directory. You will also need to run JAVA 17 or JAVA 18.
